RLC laboratory meters GW INSTEK LCR-78xx, LCR-76xx, etc.
GW Instek RLC meters (or impedance meters) are stationary, laboratory, high-precision RLC meters designed primarily for basic laboratory research or high-precision measurement on the production line.
Common features of GW Instek RLC meters are:
- The basic measurement error is 0.05%.
- 503 frequencies of the test signal, which allows measurements to be carried out not only at standard frequencies (110 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 100 kHz) as it was before, but also to form an almost continuous grid of frequencies of the measuring signal.
- Adjusting the level of the test signal from 5 mV to 1.275 V in 5 mV increments, which also allows you to form an almost continuous grid of levels. This is especially important when measuring the parameters of nonlinear components, the reactive values of which depend on the signal level. Moreover, the RLC meter provides both a mode for stabilizing the level of the test signal, i.e. its stabilization when the resistance of the reactive element changes, which inevitably depends on the frequency of the test signal, and disabling its stabilization.
- Display of the relative or absolute measurement result.
- Memory for 100 profiles of measurement conditions.
- Software compensation of short-circuit (short circuit) and idle (XX) modes.
- RS-232 interface for communication with a computer.
